1. Actually the spelling is πηλοφόρι

It comes from the noun "πηλός" (clay) and the verb φέρω (carry).
It was a wooden block with a handle that workers used to carry clay or
(in the latter years) cement that was being used to stick the stones or the bricks
together during the building of a wall

You may see it in the following picture.





2. χούγια is the plural of χούι

χούι means habbit but we mostly use it in a negative way aka a bad habbit

3. αντριλίκι......

1st definition : The sum of the parts that Greeks believe a masculine character
should consist of : sincerity, honesty, loyalty, courage, endurance, strength etc

2nd definition: We use the term in phrases that we want to comment in a
negative way, the actions or the looking of someone that doesn't match the standarts of the 1st definition

example: Πουλάς αντριλίκι; Are you trying to be a macho man?

The komboloi on the photo you can still see it in the hands of the old men in some Bulgarian villages. It's obvious that we share the same history (at least as the Turkish rule is regarded) and cultural influences.
