if i get your question right then,
cenabet doesn't have any other meanings in arabic than Islam uncleanness of body (which necessitates the ritual ablution).

It looks like it was built in the last century and therefore doesn't seem important, but we're still curious as to what it says. Can anyone make out what it says and translate it? Thanks.

well i've done my best but the first name still not so clear, Anyway,

تأسس على يد المرحوم اقلاشي على محمد
سنة 1941
وأنشأ على يد ولده عبد الحافظ علي
سنة 1946

Established by the late Aqlashi Ali Mohammad
in 1941
and constructed by his son Abdel-Hafeth Ali
in 1946

the bold names are not clear

but i'm curious to know where is this site

Near the west bank. It's real highlights go all the way back to Caanite times, this in particular appears to be from a village that was at the site during the late Ottoman and British Mandate periods.

Oh, and could you translate one more thing also?

The automatic translators didn't get anywhere with this. We've already identified the village on maps from the 1800s, but it's name could signify a church that was on the site before. And a church is exactly what the text appears to mention.

if it belong to al- Kunayyisa village i think you should look for it in a map of 1948 or older ...

coz it was and fully destroyed

this text is full of villages names and i don't know if th
the villagers of Al- Kunayyisa village used to traverll to Teera village which lied to west of Ramallah beside Beit Our El-Qoqa to the north.
on the south Khretah El-Mesbah village and Bayt Liqiya lies
to the south Bayt Daqqo and Beit Anan and to the west Betonia and Jeb and Rafat.
the number of the refugees from Al- Kunayyisa to al-Tira village around 1860 still in the village and didn't leave to near Arab and west countries.
al- Kunayyisa villagers were famous to plant til, wheat, grapes, gran,and fig..
the village used to consist of 3 huge families.

We found it on one of those maps. Makes sense that they were farmers, there a re a lot of fields surrounding the ruins. The village isn't destroyed at all - most of the buildings are still standing. There appears to have been a prominent Byzantine and possibly Crusader presence at the site, it's name probably has something to do with that. Thanks!
