No, no es así ... solo se puede decir "el que", "la que"

also, can you explain to me when you should use "sigo" and "todavia". don't they both mean still?

Well, "todavia" means "still" & "yet" but in some contexts, "still" can mean "yet." Like, "I haven't gone yet" is the same as saying "I still haven't gone"...you get it?

& with "sigo" & "todavia" I guess they pretty much are interchangeable. But "sigo" is more present-continuous and can also mean "keep" like "I keep seeing her", "La sigo viendo" as opposed to "Todavia la veo" which is "I still see her"...does that kinda clarify it?

Yes, or you can also say "todavia estoy aqui" or "aun estoy aqui."
