this is common egyptian dialect...

(cool,you're in the two thousands man)
(my love, the model of the two thousands, I mean go on and never mind anything..5lik 3la el sarawy)

5alik 3al sa7rawy literally means( stay on the desert road) but it means( keep going fast and straight)
