What is an "hijab"???

you are welcome. well i guess what the men wear is called something else, not hijab. but i don't know the arabic name for it. i am sure one of our arabic friends would help you with these definitions.

you're talking about the turban, we call it 1) kooufeyeh 2 ) 7ata 3)selik and it has many different names according to the country.

yeah we call it 7ata, shmagh , koofeyeh, goutra, silk, and many more names but its widely known as the palestinian 7ata

7ata is wear only the muslim??

it's not only for muslim

it depends on the person if he like to wear it or not
you can find it too much in Gulf countries

in Palestine, Jordan, and Syria almost old people wearing it
young people like to wear it around their neck

the color is different from one country to another
i like the palestinian one (black and white)
in jordan it's almost red and white same like Saudi
in syria i think they are using both
in UAE only white

now they are making so many different colors

well, I'm not a muslim and I wear it most of the time in the USA ( just whenever I feel like its time to show some ARAB PRIDE )

well, it the black on the white has a diamond shape which assimilates the fences that the occupiers have built around the cities of palestine. We wont say anything about you if you wear cause now days its stylish and like i've said everyone is wearing them these days.

you can find it in Romania... uita-te bine prin magazine, am vazut si la diverse festivaluri si targuri aveau la tarabe... in jur de 20 Ron/buc.
