You have to dublicate the ya2 letter, so It'll be عيناك تحيياني

لاحظت كم تغيرت
أو
رأيت كم تغيرت , but I'd recommed the first one.

It's شيء من

A little note for the translated sentence كل شيء مهماً بالنسبةِ لي ، ذَهَبَ
It should be كل شيء مهمٌ بالنسبة لي ذهب

And how could I say: it is this book, what I mean (>>> it is)

I know those impersonal sentences are hard to express in Arabic.

May be you meant to say: يُشعل الموقد
to forge iron:يشكل/ يصوغ الحديد

forward: يقدم/ تقديم
/backward: يؤخر/ تأخير
