I can't sleep:
مش قادر أنام for male
مش قادرة أنام for female

but ما قدرت أنام means I couldn't sleep

It could be: أن يحيى لحظة بلحظة/ يوما بيوم

May be يجمع/ يوحد, I'm not sure

shouldn't it be somehow subjunctive mood instead of future? As I read in your translation: how much easier will it be if

Could you please try another sentence/ complete it or explain more.

In fact, we don't have these tense complications in Arabic, tenses are either present, past or future, as simple as that.
