    otherwise u can say

    7abeit 3younak, 7abeit de7ketak, 7abeit sotak

    I can't incorporate the "fell in love with" without the sentence being off or something being altered in able to make it work grammatically so I put up two translations similar to what you asked for so that you may make your own preference
