والنسمة اتعكر لونها من هم الناس يا خليل

My attempt (not a word to word translation) :

O maidens I am thirsty and in love at the fountain
I am thirsty and the water in my country runs contrary to The Nile

The high palm trees bend easily and have low servile trunks
The headwind is pushing them with force but the wind blowed is stingy
And it became turbid due to peoples' worries O dear friend

marjo ,czarek is right! if it is tzouri تزوری means you are visiting(female)
تزور you are visiting (male)
but if it is tzoorni تزورنی az czarek said, it means you are visiting me (actually it has future meaning according to natrik)

yes its correct natrik means I am waiting for you(for a girl)
natrak= I am waiting for you(for a boy)

Example : ma baddek tzouri el layle 3anna ? [you don't want to sleep this night in our home?]

Well, my other friends helped you enough, natrik ta tzouri = I'm waiting you till you visit (us)

Natrik = I'm waiting you (M to F) [[as you said, can be "he's waiting you]] hoi natrik
Natirtak = I'm waiting you (F to M) [[can be "she's waiting you]] hye natirtak ..
