or is there a better translation? (in levantine arabic)

yes it's ok if a guy says that to another guy, and ur translation is correct

there's something to add, i think the word zalame is more used in Syrian Arabic than in Lebanese Arabic, i don't know whether they say it in Lebanese Arabic too or not

would they rather say: shbab?

sounds ok but i'm not really sure, i speak Egyptian Arabic, wait for LoOlya to come and answer, she can speak Syrian and Lebanese Arabic, she'll tell u the best answer

Kif 7alak ya zalame is Jordanian sentence.
It can be : kifak ya zalame or kifak ya man ..
