there's something to add, i think the word zalame is more used in Syrian Arabic than in Lebanese Arabic, i don't know whether they say it in Lebanese Arabic too or not

Kif 7alak ya zalame is Jordanian sentence.
It can be : kifak ya zalame or kifak ya man ..
