I'm not translating word by word.. I just write the main idea and meaning .. so you can be able to understand it directly
"menni o mennak" is a phrase is used to mean "If I were you"..

Lets see! The main part is : el dam ma-hosh maia ta3alo LEMO EL MOOT meen ta7t reglaiaa
If I translated it word by word it'd be :
Blood isn't water, come and take the death from under my legs ..
Could u get it ? of course not..

When we say about something is like water we mean It's easy or possible .. So here he said :
Blood isn't easy like water (Blood is precious).. [Killing is forbidden]

Come and take the death from under my legs? Meaningless.. but he meant like the death is around him .. (come and take the death away from here)

Yes that's true, but to make ur sentence complete u must add "Zay = Like"

byitkallim ingilizi zay el mayya = He speaks English so fluently.

Or..

biyetkallim ingilizi miyya el miyya = He speaks English 100% (also fluently)

use both interchangably i mean

بيتكلم انجليزي ميَّة
or
بيتكلم انجليزي زي ميَّة


As the another example ,i heard one Egyptian was joking with me saying this:

يتكلم بولندي لبلب=batkallem bolandee lebleb
I speak Polish Arabic fluently

however i believe that بتكلم بولندي زي لبلب is also correct

Lets wait for Karim confirmation

You meant Bulbul بلبل ?
Yes, it's kind of birds ..but means quickly and fluently
And it's almost used in all accents.. not only Egyptian

so lebleb is Egyptian slang word for sure u heard it before

Bulbul is used in all dialects(as far as i know in Levantine one)and maybe

the word مية without زى can be used to mean easy, for example:
A: El so2al kan ezay? (How was the question?)
B: Kan maya. (It was very easy)

it's lebleb (لبلب) that means fluently, not bolbol

i've never heard anyone use bolbol to mean fluently, the word bolbol can be used only with singing in the expression bey3'ani zay el bolbol or bey3'ani zay el karawan, it means he has a great voice, it's accompanied by zay (zay el bolbol)
