    Hi, my booklet from the CD explains: Creme de la Creme! Oh moon!
    It´s an expression of admiration for a beautiful woman.
    The song was composed by Monir el Wisimi fo the Reda Troupe (that time with Raqia HAssan).

    thanks tahira...yes i have the cd as well and love it so much. I choreographed the entire 9 minutes and know pretty much what the song is about, just wanted to know what all the lyrics meant....I tend to sing along sometimes and feel the need to know exactly what is gong on. Thanks so much for your reply.
