Well, in order to get your songs translated you need the lyrics posted, too! Here they are:

    'O Sole Mio

Che bella corsa e' na jurnata'e'sole
    n'aria serena doppo na tempesta
pe'll'aria fresca pare gia' na festa
che bella cosa na jurnata'e sole.

Ma n'atu sole cchiu' bello, oi ne'
'o sole mio sta nfronte a te!
    'o sole o sole mio
sta nfronte a te ... sta nfronte a te.

    Luceno'e llastre d'a fenesta toia;
'na lavannara canta e se ne vanta
    e pe'tramente torce, spanne e canta
    luceno'e llastre d'a fenesta toia.

Ma n'atu sole cchiu' bello, oi ne'
'o sole mio sta nfronte a te!
    'o sole o sole mio
sta nfronte a te ... sta nfronte a te.

    me vene quase'na malincunia;
    soto a fenesta toi restarria

Ma n'atu sole cchiu' bello, oi ne'
'o sole mio sta nfronte a te!
    'o sole o sole mio
sta nfronte a te ... sta nfronte.

    La Donna E' Mobile

    La donna è mobile
    Qual piuma al vento
    Muta d'accento

    E di pensiero.

    Sempre un a mabile
    Leggiadro viso,
    In pianto o in riso,
    è mensognero.

    La donna è mobile
    Qual piuma al vento,
    Muta d'accento
    E di pensier,
    E di pensier,

    E di pensier!

    E' sempre misero
    Chi a lei s'affida,
    Chi a le s’ confida,
    Mal cauto il core!

    Pur mai non sentesi
    Felice appieno
    Qui su quel seno,
    Non liba amore!

    La donna è mobile
    Qual piuma al vento,
    Muta d'accento
    E di pensier,
    E di pensier,
    E di pensier!

    Caruso

No, no, sulla tua bocca lo dirò,
    quando la luce splenderà!
Ed il mio bacio scioglierà il silenzio
    che ti fa mia.
    Voci di donne
    Il nome suo nessun saprà...
E noi dovrem, ahimè, morir, morir!

These lyrics aren't in standard italian, i think that it's in neapolitan so I'm not very sure about the translation, but I'll give a try.

    English translation
    My sun

What a beautiful thing is a sunny day
the fresh air after the storm
from the fresh air the feast starts already
what a beautiful thing is a sunny day

    But another prettier doesn’t exist
    my sun is your forehead!
    Sun, my sun
is your forehead… is your forehead.

There’s a light at the panes of your window
    a laundress sings and boasts
and as she wrings, spreads and sings
there’s a light at the panes of your window.

    But another prettier doesn’t exist
    my sun is your forehead!
    Sun, my sun
is your forehead… is your forehead.

When the night comes and the sun sets
    almost a melancholy overcomes me
I would stay at your window
when the night comes and the sun sets

    But another prettier doesn’t exist
    my sun is your forehead!
    Sun, my sun
is your forehead… is your forehead.

    Woman is unstable

    Woman is unstable
like the feather in the wind
    she changes tone

    it says lies

    Woman is unstable

Here, where the sea shines and the wind blows
on an old terrace on the Sorrent gulf
a man hugs a girl, after she had cried
then he clears his voice and begins again to sing.
    Te voglio bene assaie
    I love you very much
    ma tanto tanto bene sai
    very very much, you know
    h una catena ormai
    it's become a chain
that melts the blood inside the veins, you know
He saw the lights in the middle of the sea and thought about the nights there, in America
but they were just the boats (with lights, used to fish during the night) and the white trail of a propeller

No problem, I'll translate them into greek.

    Caruso
