if I understand your question correctly then 3anene means agony but in this song the word 3anene means my eyes but its a village accent

I think it's an ok song to send to a girl. It kinda suggests that you want the sun to set quickly so that a) you an go to meet your loved one as soon as possible, or b) that you want the sun to set on the painof being separated from your love! But this is only my opinion.
