Dell’idea progettuale è stata data notizia nel Salto web.
Superata la fase informativa l’istituzione Italiana e quella turca, hanno instaurato via mail e tramite skipe contatti per stabilire le modalita di programmazione, i compiti e quant’altro sia riconducibile alla realizzazione del progetto.
Entrambe le istituzioni svolgono attività che hanno come obiettivo la costruzione di una cittadinanza europea attiva, costituita da giovani che portano avanti un lavoro di gruppo che non abbia barriere linguistiche, etniche sociali o fische
Superata questa fase, tenendo conto delle singole, competenze, interessi, aspettative e bisogni, si sono stabiliti i compiti di ogni istituzione, i metodi di lavoro, il programma delle attività, la tipologia del gruppo e la logistica.
Turchia: assume la responsabilità finanziaria ed amministrativa dell’intero progetto, il coordinamento della partnership e l’organizzazione dello scambio in Turchia.

Italia : collabora alla realizzazione del piano di lavoro, realizza il web del progetto ed un video, organizza le attività di scambio in Italia, gestisce le comunicazioni fra il gruppo italiano e turco.
Cascuna istituzione svolge nel proprio territorio.

• Attività di divulgazione dei temi, delle azioni e del programma Youth in action in generale e per lo specifico progetto.
Tutte le attività saranno oggetto di continui scambi di informazioni e di valutazioni per meglio portare avanti il lavoro di gruppo.

L’iniziativa working in progress sarà pubblicata sul sito del progetto, sui siti delle istituzioni e su youtube.
Nei mesi successivi al progetto verranno organizzati presso le scuole incontri con proiezioni del video e mostra di foto.

From the planning idea it's been brought the news on/to the website.
Once the Italian and the Turkish institutions got over the informative phase, they have created contacts that via e-mail and through skype establish the programming modalities, the tasks, and all the other things having to do with the project's completion.

Both institutions develop activities that have as objective the creation of an active European citizenship, composed by young people that carry on a group work that wouldn't have linguistic, ethnic, social or physical barriers.

Once this phase is passed, taking into account the individual competences, interests, expectations and needs, were established the tasks of each institution, the work methods, the activities' schedule, the group typology and the logistics.

Turkey: undertakes the financial and administrative responsibility of the whole project, the coordination of the partnership and the arrangement of the change in Turkey.

Italy: contributes to the creation of the work plan, makes the website of the project and a video, organizes the activities of change in Italy, manages the communication between the Italian and the Turkish group.

Each institution runs on its own teritory:

- Theoretical-practical laboratories, guided visits, sporting activities.

- Spreading activities of the themes and the actions of the Youth in action programme in general and for the given project.

All activities are subject to continous exchange of information and evaluation in order to improve the group work performance.

The themes of the project refer to the environment, the cultural traditions, sports, creativity and overcoming the linguistic, ethnic and social barriers.

Final evaluation

The "woking in progress" initiative will be published on the project's website, on the institutions' websites and on youtube.
In the up coming months, for the project, will be organized meetings in schools, with viedo viewing and photo exhibitions.
