I have just started to listen greek music, I like Despina Vandi, Giorgos Mazonakis, etc. And I want to continue to do it, so can you suggest me some new AND old songs that are/were big hits in Greece now or before 20 years.

Vandi was lucky enough to be a rising star at the time when greek music was a profitable "industry" and grabbed the opportunity creating a small fortune for herself.
But she was also unlucky to have to interpret songs that were NOT meant to be classics.

This song's lyrics are trully wonderfull cause they're both simple and meaningfull.
