Hi, could somebody please help me out with this translation I've been doing? Please correct me if I'm wrong anywhere, I'd like to become accurate

Mio fratello mi assomiglia molto
My brother is a lot like me

You translated it well, but if you want to be more precise here's something that will help you:

Ma qual è la cura?

You can translate it with "But what is the cure?"

Ricordi che fanno paura

"Memories that frighten" or "scary memories"
In this case "ricordi" is not the 1st person of the verb "ricordare" but it's the plural form of the noun "ricordo" - "memory"

I think in this case the 3rd person is better:
That it's not so strange (if he refers to the fact that his brothers watches him)
That he's not so strange (if he referes to his brother)
