Najwa Karam - Ala mahlak ya hawa

I am a student of Modern Standard Arabic and am a fan of Arabic music in general. That being said, I am having a really hard time figuring out the opening lyrics to Najwa karam's ala mahlak ya hawa.

Once it gets to the main song I am fine, but I simply cannot understand all of what she is singing in the beginning. Can anybody help?
