I close my eyes
Entering the darkness
A different world
Never to be recognized
In what we call reality
Always a new scene
Always another show

I can hear you screaming
The shock was too hard
No time to stop and help
My destination's set
I see there's a light far ahead
The speed is increasing and time's slowing down

I'm travelling with the speed of light
In a solar system of my deeper mind
Unreachable to anyone or anything
In a future
Many years to wait for
