insa = forget it and ONLY forget it... great!

oh my god is it that bad?! I may regret this but what does it mean...? I'm going to watch out for it now and if I hear/see it again there will be trouble... To be fair they are teenagers (around 14years) but still that's no excuse for bad language really..
