Also does "ya 3ars" mean something bad? One of the kids I teach wrote it to another kid over IM. The majority of the conversation was in English and fairly harmless but they were trying to hide it so naturally I assume the arabic parts meant something bad or at least something they didn't want me seeing...

haha ya 3ars means like wise guy.. its a pretty funny term us lebanese use.. hope that helps its nothing bad... we call each other that all the time and by the way 2ensa all it means is forget about it a nice simple way of saying no chance
