the sentence sounds unconnected especially the part طبيبي ان انت غبت عن عيني , i've colored this part in the translation in red, here's the translation:
You whom I like to see, I wish I could fly and be between his hands, if it was possible to give hearts as presents I would have given him mine, you own my heart, you know how much I love you even more than my doctor and my eyes don't see you

one of the things that makes this sentence unconnected is that the speaker at some parts uses the 2nd person singular and at other parts uses the 3rd person singular, so u can't know whether the speaker is talking to someone in front of him/her or about someone away
